Back inside, the fully equipped kitchen shines with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a mosaic tile backsplash, and a breakfast bar with seating for two—perfect for casual bites—while the dining table for six creates the ideal setting for shared meals and conversation. The Moorings at Lantana requires every reservation to be approved by the HOA through its third-party property management company, Seacrest Services, Inc. This mandatory application and screening process applies to every stay. Please read before booking.



WHAT'S REQUIRED AFTER BOOKING:

• Every guest 18+ must complete and e-sign an application packet and short-term lease via DocuSign. Married couples may submit one joint application.

• Every adult must complete a background and credit check.

• The application requires legal name, DOB, Social Security number, current address/residency history, employment information, credit/criminal history questions, emergency contact, and vehicle year/make/model/license plate.

• Each adult must provide a government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport).

• Applications must be complete; incomplete forms may be returned and delay approval.

• Documents are due no later than 14 days before check-in; bookings within 14 days require immediate completion.



COST:

Grand Welcome covers 100% of application, background/credit check fees, and HOA deposits. You pay nothing additional, and all paperwork is electronic.



PLEASE UNDERSTAND:

• Grand Welcome is not affiliated with Seacrest Services, Inc. or the Moorings at Lantana HOA. We accept guests who book through our listing and follow our house rules; however, HOA approval is required for every stay.

• If required documentation is not provided, the reservation may be cancelled with a full refund.

• If the HOA declines your application, the reservation will be cancelled with a full refund.



COMMUNITY RULES:

• Maximum 6 overnight guests; only approved applicants listed on the lease may stay.

• No guest pets permitted.

• Assigned parking only; vehicles must be HOA-registered. No boats, trailers, campers/RVs, or vehicles with visible commercial signage.

• Pool/common areas: maximum 4 visitors at a time; children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
