- 22 minutes drive to the airport, and to the University of Calgary, and 5-7 minutes to Walmart, Dollarama, Tim Hortons, kids' indoor play place, shoppers drugmart and many restaurants
- A 2-minute walk to a park for kids to play and for a walk.
- Living room has a Smart TV with USB ports - enjoy premium content on YouTube and Amazon Prime.
- Living room features lovely throw pillows and artwork.
- Dining table with 2 chairs and a bench
- Premium water dispenser for instant hot and cold water
- The suite has a dedicated workspace with a table and chair.
