About this house rental
Welcome to our tropical getaway. The house is nestled in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood whilst close to all the local amenities. Located next to a park/playground, this is the perfect house for a family or group who are looking for a relaxed vibe whilst 10mins away from the beach, restaurants, and airport.
This is our family home and we welcome guests who are looking for a longer stay whilst we are away. The house will be cleaned each fortnight by a trusted cleaner of 6 years.
The space
- Large media room w/ pool table and 85" TV
- Open plan kitchen, dining & lounge
- Study with sofa bed
- Large master (king bed) with ensuite
- Queen bedroom
- 1 x King Single bedroom
- 1 x bedroom with cot (can change to single or double floor mattress if required)
- Spa bath & large shower in main bathroom
- Huge pool with slide and sun loungers
- Firepit, BBQ, outdoor dining table & lounge
- Private driveway with space for 3 cars
- 1 min walk to local park/playground
- 10 mins drive to the beach

As the house is our usual family home, there will be some rooms that are locked that are not listed in the advert. We kindly ask guests respect this and not attempt to access these areas.
