About this apartment rental
Enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of this exceptionally tastefully furnished, sun-drenched duplex apartment in the heart of the Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst.
It’s no more than a minute’s walk to the bakery or bike rental shop in the same building. The pier is about a 5-minute walk away, right along the promenade lined with many different shops and restaurants. It’s only about an 8-minute walk to the Bodden with its beautiful marina and opportunities for excursions on the famous Zeeseboote and passenger ships to the Pomeranian Bodden Landscapes National Park or, for example, to the island of Hiddensee.
The “Haus des Gastes” (Visitor Center) is located at the pier; there you can pick up the current monthly calendar of events. Zingst has plenty to offer in every season.
On the lower level is the spacious living area with a fireplace, sofa, and TV (including Apple TV, Wi-Fi, and a DVD player). Adjacent to this is the integrated and superbly equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area; from here, you can access the large rooftop terrace with a seating area, umbrella, and grill.
This level also features a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, as well as a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and hair dryer. On the upper floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed and a closet, as well as a small sauna with a toilet and sink. The apartment is equipped with a high chair and a travel crib, as well as books, DVDs, and games, two parking spaces, and a shed for bicycles. The sauna has a coin-operated machine and costs 2 € to use.
