On the ground floor, there are a kitchen, dining room, living room, TV room, and a lounge with a ping pong table and a beautiful glass veranda. A single-storey extension from the lounge has two bedrooms with a total of four beds - one double bed and a bunk bed with 2 beds. The house has a total of 12 beds with sleeping space for 12-14 people.
The kitchen is equipped with a wood stove, induction stove, oven, and refrigerator. Freezer in the basement. Private well for drinking water. Dining room adjacent to the kitchen and living room. Rooms offer lake views, and the living room has glass doors to a large seating area down to the lake. There is a stove with a glass-enclosed fireplace. The house has a bathroom with a shower upstairs and a WC and washing machine downstairs. Large TV in the TV room and fiber optic internet in the living room.
The property includes a private beach with a floating jetty and a small sandy beach for children. Several outdoor seating areas offer sun all day. Wood-fired sauna and boat can be included by agreement. Parking for several cars.
