Welcome to the "de Fründehuus" vacation home! This spacious house can accommodate up to 9 people and features 4 cozy bedrooms. With a size of 144 square meters, the house spans two floors and offers plenty of space for a relaxing stay in Ochtersum.
Welcome to the Fründehuus, it offers everything you need for a thoroughly enjoyable vacation:
South-facing terrace with a canopy, lounge area, and windbreak; a secluded lawn for sunbathing; patio furniture; umbrellas; foosball table; dartboard
The cozy living/dining area, approximately 60 m² in size, features a fireplace and radiant floor heating (for cool fall and winter days) and offers plenty of space for social gatherings.
Bathrooms (with accessible showers) and a toilet are located on the first floor and upper floor, along with a washing machine and dryer.
On the upper floor, there are three comfortably furnished bedrooms, including one family room that sleeps up to five (two of those on the loft); a travel crib and child safety gates are also provided. All utilities are included in the price. You can book bed linens and towels as an add-on
