About this apartment rental
Located across from Cazenovia Park and golf course, this first floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is fully renovated and set up to cover all your needs. Ten minutes from downtown Buffalo, the medical campus, Canalside and New Era Field, the home of the Buffalo Bills. A quick half hour drive to wondrous Niagara Falls!
A sleeper sofa in the living room allows for up to 3 guests to stay comfortably overnight. There is also one garage parking spot and laundry on site for guests to use.
We are available most hours of the day and night via the Airbnb app.
You will have access to the entire first floor apartment along with a shared basement (with one other apartment). There is also one dedicated garage parking spot for guests.

Very nice place. Lots of room and comfortable . The bed is great and the couch is comfortable. Very clean ! I would stay there again. The only thing that needed is some hooks on the back of the bathroom door for your towels.Having said that the towels are top quality. Also -hallelujah! The shower has one nozzle for hot water and one for cold ! You don't have to figure out some hip shower system . It was my favorite thing in the whole place.Also the shower itself is great.

Was a very comfortable place to stay and the location was absolutely perfect for close drive to anything we wanted to go do. Great restaurant/pub right down the street as well. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and even sent links for close coffee shops, etc.

Melissa was the best! The apartment had plenty of ammenities and was perfect for our weekend stay. All of the instructions were easy and clear, and they were able to accommodate a bit of an early check in when our flight plans changed. Definitely would stay again!

I absolutely love this little apartment! The location is perfect and it feels like a home away from home. Melissa is a gem of a host. Super responsive from booking through our stay. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit my family in Buffalo!
