This bright 60 m² apartment in Bräunlingen-Unterbränd, Black Forest, accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. You have a well-equipped kitchen, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, TV, and a coffee machine. Use of the washing machine and dryer is possible by arrangement for an additional fee.



The apartment features 2 balconies: one facing east, one southwest. The covered southwest balcony has its own electric table grill and offers evening sun and a lovely view of greenery. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. From both balconies you can enjoy views of nature and, depending on the weather, even the Alps.



There is a second holiday apartment in the same building, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together who still value privacy.



A parking space for one car is available at the house; additional parking is on the street. The property is close to public transport. One dog is welcome, a second dog only upon prior arrangement. Please note that no other pets, such as cats, are allowed. Parties are not permitted, quiet hours must be observed, and waste separation is mandatory.



The apartment is on the edge of Unterbränd in a traffic-calmed area near the idyllic Kirnbergsee, just a 5-minute walk away—perfect for swimming, surfing, and fishing. The Swiss border is close: Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen is 45 km, Freiburg 55 km away. Lake Constance is about an hour’s drive. Explore Schwarzwaldpark or hike the Wutach, Gauchach, and Enge gorges and Feldberg. The Badeparadies in Titisee is nearby. In winter, enjoy skiing, sledding, or horse-drawn sleigh rides. Ski lifts and trails are close by.
