*Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. The minimum age to rent the home is 25 and will be strictly enforced. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed prior to 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Kindly note that bookings made within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a $100 community access fee. This requirement is set by the Property Owners Association (POA), not the homeowner, and helps maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 3 cars allowed in the driveway. *Access to the property is limited to registered guests listed on the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. Any additional guests or daytime visitors must be registered and receive prior approval before visiting, in accordance with community regulations.
The home is on standard residential utilities. Excessive use (including but not limited to continuous laundry, extended high-volume hot water use, or misuse of systems) may result in additional charges.
