Cocoonr agency offers this charming 90 m² air-conditioned single-storey house in Alata to rent for up to 6 people.
It comprises a 38 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a master suite with a shower room and toilet, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and a separate toilet. There is a 1,000 m² garden planted with trees. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 38 m² living room with TV, sitting area, sofa and dining area.
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite shower room and WC, and a dressing room.
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3 with two single beds
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
Outside :
- A 35m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- A 1,000 m² garden planted with trees and not enclosed, a trampoline and a swing with slide at your disposal.
The house is ideally located in Alata, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are just a 15-minute drive away.

A car is essential, as there is no public transport nearby.
