About this apartment rental
Cocoonr offers this charming 28 m² flat with two shared swimming pools for rent in Le Barcarès. It sleeps up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 17 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 17 m² living room with TV, sofa, fold-away bed (sleeps two) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- Two shared swimming pools, open from 1 April to 31 October. Access requires a badge, which will be issued on arrival.
Dimensions: 15x25m and 15x10m (the smaller pool is heated)
- A 6 m², south-facing balcony with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
The flat is ideally located in Le Barcarès, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public car park close to the accommodation.

- Nearest train station: Perpignan, 25 km away
- Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes, 23 km away
