About this house rental
Some homes are just a place to sleep. The Grand Overlook at Eufaula Lake is where the whole trip happens.
Set within a gated community just minutes from Carlton Landing, this newly built 6-bedroom home with 5 full bathrooms and 2 half baths home was built from the ground up for groups who want to do it right. Three stories of thoughtfully designed space, a private pool, a wraparound lake porch, and a fourth-floor overlook that stops people mid-sentence — this is the home your group will be talking about long after checkout.
The main floor sets the tone immediately. Soaring ceilings, a statement fireplace, and a wet bar anchor the great room — the kind of space that pulls everyone together whether it's a Tuesday night after a long day on the lake or a Saturday with the whole crew. The chef's kitchen is built to host, with a dining table that seats 12, a casual breakfast nook, and a walk-in pantry. A screened porch and back patio extend the living space outside, leading to the private pool and firepit, completely fenced and entirely yours. The pool includes a built-in plunge alcove, the perfect area for relaxing.
Head upstairs and the primary suite earns its name. Private balcony, morning kitchen, walk-in closet, and a spa bath with soaking tub and dual vanity. Three additional guest bedrooms each have their own en suite bathrooms — no waiting, no sharing, no compromises. The third floor belongs to the kids, the teens, or anyone who wants their own world: two bunk rooms with 4 guests sleeping comfortably in each, a bonus lounge with kitchenette, and a half bath. Then there's the fourth-floor overlook — open, panoramic, and the kind of view that makes you understand exactly why you came here.
Every bathroom is stocked with full-size shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The home comes equipped with all the essentials — linens, towels, and kitchen basics, so you arrive and settle in, not scramble to set up. A dedicated mud room, laundry room, and detached garage complete the picture.
Whether you're here for a family reunion, a lake weekend with friends, a corporate retreat, or a milestone celebration, The Grand Overlook at Eufaula Lake has the space, the style, and the setting to hold it all.
Sleeps 19 across 4 bedrooms + 2 bunk rooms. A pack-and-play is available in Guest Bedroom 2 for families traveling with infants.
