Located in Salas, with free on-site parking, it’s a great option for exploring nearby coastal towns, lush green landscapes, and the quieter side of Asturias.
This welcoming house is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests and offers a comfortable, practical layout for a relaxed stay in Asturias. It features:
- one bedroom with a double bed,
- one bedroom with two single beds,
- a living room with a sofa bed for two guests
The kitchen includes a dining area and is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and other essentials, so you can enjoy everything from a simple breakfast to dinner at home.
The house has two full bathrooms with showers, both stocked with towels, shower gel, shampoo, and other useful essentials, while free parking on the villa grounds adds extra convenience throughout your stay.
The house also includes free Wi-Fi and heating.
Please note that there is no air conditioning.

The bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are located on the upper floor, which is accessed by stairs.
Additional guests after check-in: 60€/day.
The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty of €150.
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a fine of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.
Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover
Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.
Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
