Inside, two sofas create an easy place to read, watch a movie, or take in the boats moving across Newport Harbor. The condo has a bright, refreshed feel with light flooring, soft coastal tones, and thoughtful nautical details throughout.
The kitchen is neatly updated, with full-size appliances, a dishwasher, white cabinetry, and everything needed for an extended Newport stay. A small table near the living area offers a place for meals, laptop time, or planning the day around town. The bedroom has a queen bed, water views through the window, and storage for longer stays. The full bathroom includes a tub and shower combination with a refreshed vanity.

Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.
