We do not rent to groups of young people unless they are accompanied by an adult over the age of 28, who will be jointly liable for the other guests under that age. The neighborhood is very quiet and upscale, and the villa is designed for a relaxing vacation; therefore, parties or celebrations that might disturb the peace of the neighbors at any time of day are not permitted. Normal hours must be observed to ensure that all neighbors can rest undisturbed.
The cleaning of the property and pool, as well as garden maintenance, is performed by professional companies, and we have invoices for the work done for the peace of mind of all our guests. We understand how important it is to provide the property with the highest standards of cleanliness. Routine cleaning is performed every week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 11 a.m. Cleaning and maintenance staff will access the property at a time agreed upon with the guest to avoid any inconvenience. We can provide any extra services our guests may desire, such as additional cleanings, a chef, babysitting services, all kinds of tourist advice, car rentals, attraction reservations, and more.
For stays of 11 nights or more, the rental is considered a seasonal rental; the villa is located at Ramblas 8.
