Newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment on the 12th floor of Hilton City Center Residences with stunning views. This modern apartment offers elevator access, included parking, A/C, and is just a 3-minute walk to the beach or train station.
A perfect, relaxing retreat, and connected to City Center Mall, with restaurants, parks, and entertainment nearby. Sleeps up to 3 beds plus optional setup—ideal for families or small groups.
As your hosts, we love to personally welcome our guests whenever possible, while ensuring you enjoy a peaceful and private stay.
Please note that the apartment is exclusively reserved for families, married couples, and respectful groups of friends who value the property and its neighbors.

This large and clean space features rare amenities for a convenient stay — whether short or long-term.
Family room is ready to entertain — large TV with Netflix, plus classic board games, and books. Stunning each views create a serene atmosphere.
The owner’s bedroom features a TV with Netflix and ensuite bathroom.
Laundry room is included with washer, traditional dryer, and folding station.
Free on-site garage parking spot. Walk just past McDonald's to enjoy the beach. Connected to mall with shopping, groceries, restaurants, entertainment, and more. This property does not have a pool, however, there are two pools that offer day passes for a fee nearby (Hilton next door and Bomba's Beach just by McDonald's).
Guest access
You'll have full access to the apartment and included parking spot. While closet space is offered in each room, please note a portion of closet space is locked for storage and unavailable for guests.
Other things to note.
May be suitable for those with accessibility needs. There's a steep ramp into the apartment building, 3 elevators available, and no steps within the apartment.
Grand taxis are readily available at the train station, airport, and ferry terminal, making it easy to reach the apartment from any arrival point.
Grand taxis: 100dh/150dh day time and night time respectively, from airport to the city center
Regular cabs: counter pay
