A spacious 4 bedroom luxury lodge with hot tub, set in peaceful woodland close to Edinburgh.
Vaulted ceilings, handcrafted timber and light-filled open-plan living create a warm and characterful space, perfect for relaxed sociable stays with family & friends.
Outside, enjoy a private garden, large decking area and hot tub, ideal for unwinding under the stars after a day exploring. Perfectly placed for exploring East Lothian's nearby beaches, world-class golf courses and the best of Edinburgh.
The space
Set within a private woodland setting, this distinctive four-bedroom lodge offers a warm and characterful retreat, thoughtfully built using Arctic pine
The welcoming entrance hall leads into a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living space centered around a wood-burning stove and comfortable seating. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light and open out onto the decking and garden beyond.
The dining area seats six comfortably alongside a well-equipped kitchen ideal for both short stays and longer breaks.
On the ground floor are two pretty single bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower, well suited to children or guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
Upstairs, an enclosed balcony landing overlooks the living space , with a cosy library corner, perfect for reading or working. The king bedroom and double room offer calm and comfortable spaces, while the upstairs bathroom features a freestanding slipper bath set against richly patterned walls, creating a luxurious and characterful space to unwind.
Outside, the house continues to impress, providing space to unwind, with seating for morning coffee, quiet moments or even yoga on the decking. The hot tub sits within the garden, perfect for relaxing after a day out. There is parking for several cars to the front of the property.
Despite its peaceful setting, the house is well connected with Starlink WiFi, making it ideal for remote working as well as relaxing breaks. Warm, creative and quietly distinctive, its perfectly suited to families, couples or small groups.
