    Very disappointing experience at Regenta Place, CG Road, especially regarding security, privacy, housekeeping, and service. The most concerning incident happened at around 3:00 AM, when hotel staff came to our room to physically check whether the room was vacant or occupied. This suggests there was no proper internal system or coordination to track room occupancy. Disturbing guests at 3:00 AM for something the hotel should already know is completely unacceptable and raises serious privacy and security concerns. Hotel staff also accessed our room without our permission, which further added to our concerns about room security and privacy. Apart from this: * The room category provided was different from what we had booked/expected. * We ordered Bisleri/water bottles, but they were not delivered even after multiple follow-ups. * Room service was extremely slow. Fresh towels took around 30 minutes to arrive. * Another room provided to us was not cleaned properly. * During room cleaning, we observed that the same bedsheet was reused instead of replacing it with a fresh bedsheet, which is a serious hygiene concern. For a hotel of this category, guests should expect a proper room-management system, privacy, security, clean linen, and timely basic services. The management seriously needs to review its room occupancy tracking, room-access procedures, housekeeping standards, room allocation process, and service response time. Being disturbed at 3:00 AM just to check whether your room is occupied is definitely not an experience any hotel guest should have.
