About this apartment rental
Escape to this cosy studio 30m from a cove with clear waters via direct access. A cosy cocoon renovated with natural materials and a small pleasant terrace, without vis-à-vis, for your moments of relaxation. Comfort is ideal for 2 to 4 people: clever retractable bunk bed and sofa bed of Maisons du Monde quality. Air-conditioned accommodation, with linen provided and private parking space. The coastal path is at the foot of the accommodation.
The accommodation
This 31 m² cocoon has been designed to offer maximum comfort and modularity, whether you come as a couple or with your family.
The modular sleeping area: A comfortable double bed for parents, complemented by a retractable bunk bed specially designed for children. The advantage? During the day, the beds can be removed to free up the entire living space.
The equipped kitchen: For gourmets, you will find everything you need: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge and Nespresso machine. Perfect for cooking fresh products from the Six-Fours market.
The modern bathroom: A spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and washing machine at your disposal to facilitate your stay (ideal for returning from the beach!).
Outside: A 5 m² terrace without vis-à-vis, a real extension of the studio to enjoy the Var climate in complete privacy.
Please note: The studio is equipped with fiber (Wi-Fi 7), guaranteeing an ultra-fast and stable connection for all your devices.
Traveler access
You have full use of the studio, its 5 m² terrace, as well as a private and secure parking space within the residence (a rare asset 30m from the sea!).
🔑 Arrival Logistics & Parking:
Initial access: The residence gate requires a remote control. For your first entry, we suggest that you park briefly in front of the entrance while a passenger gets off at the studio (about 40m on foot).
Access recovery: Entry to the studio is via the Nuki code sent by message. Inside, you will find the remote control of the gate.
Installation: Once the remote control is in hand, you can open the gate and park your vehicle in your reserved space for the duration of your stay.

Free shuttles (Summer): From 12 July to 30 August, take advantage of the Brusc'Line, a 100% electric and free shuttle that connects La Coudoulière to Le Brusc every 15 minutes (7 days a week from 9.30 am to 7 pm).
Bus network: The nearby stop serves Toulon station and the surrounding area via the classic lines of the Mistral and Zou! network.
Soft mobility: Everything is accessible on foot, by bike (cycle paths) or by boat (Îles des Embiez).

Bois de la Coudoulière (5 min walk): A real green lung of 15 hectares of pines and oaks bordering the sea. Ideal for a shady walk, a morning jog or to enjoy its tree climbing park and skatepark.

Cleaning: A flat fee of €50 is applied to each stay to ensure professional cleanliness and rigorous disinfection of the studio between each guest.

A security deposit is required for any stay:
On Airbnb: This amount is not charged at the time of booking. In the event of damage, non-compliance with the rules (smoking, parties) or excessive cleaning, the host will use the AirCover guarantee. The guest acknowledges that Airbnb may debit his or her means of payment after studying the file.
On Booking / Direct: A bank imprint or a deposit check may be requested before entering the premises.
⚠️ Compensation conditions:
Any damage beyond normal wear and tear, loss of keys or failure to return the gate remote control (€50 fee), or non-compliance with the smoking ban (€150 deodorization fee) will give rise to a deposit deduction or a claim for compensation.A photographic inventory is carried out before each arrival.
