About this apartment rental
Enjoy a relaxing stay in our cozy vacation rental 03.07 in House H. The apartment is located on the third floor and, with just under 45 m², features a light-filled living room with a kitchenette and a cozy double bed (approx. 200x180 cm) in the rear living area, a separate children’s room—equipped with a bunk bed (approx. 2x200x90 cm) and its own TV—as well as a bathroom with a shower and a small entryway area in the hallway. The special highlight of your vacation rental is the large southwest-facing balcony, which is perfect for sunbathing. Or simply enjoy the breathtaking sunset over the cliffs—a magnificent ocean view included!
Free parking is available to all guests of the vacation park in the communal parking lot. The Baltic Sea vacation park is located at the western end of the inland lake and offers a wonderful vacation setting, especially for families. Playgrounds (indoor and outdoor) are right on your doorstep. Restaurants, a bakery, and—for the more active guests—a fitness center can also be found in the immediate vicinity. In addition, there are two bike rental shops in the vacation park. The beach is an easy five-minute walk away, and there’s a wonderful hiking trail leading to the cliffs—depending on the season, you might spot Galloway cattle and their calves there.
Our charming old town is just under 2.5 km away—the best way to get there is to stroll along the inland lake promenade right into the heart of the city. With its traditional fishing harbor, numerous shopping options, delicious restaurants, the “Graswarder” nature reserve, the beautiful beach, and the longest pier on the coast, our little harbor town has a lot to offer.
You can conveniently park your car in the complex’s large communal parking lot—and feel free to leave it there. In the summer, in addition to the regular buses, the Heiligenhafen “Bimmelbahn” (tourist train) runs, allowing you to quickly reach the town, the harbor, or the beach—or you can simply rent a bike from the local bike rental shop. This gives you great flexibility. In general, Heiligenhafen is a great starting point for all kinds of bike tours: you can reach Großenbrode in just over an hour—a bit faster on an e-bike—or enjoy the unique view from the Fehmarnsund Bridge and bike straight to Fehmarn.
