Overall the house was nice, but the house is on a dirt road and the gravel driveway is very steep and there are several large potholes in the driveway. We had a full-size SUV so it wasn’t a big issue, but part of our group had a small passenger car had struggled with the driveway.
The other issue is the house doesn’t have AC, which wasn’t an issue since with the windows open, there is a very nice breeze throughout the house. The problem is that several of the screens have holes or are bent, or otherwise do not fit properly which allows a lot of flies and other bugs into the house.

The house was very accommodating for our large group of 12. We absolutely loved sitting out on the deck, which was well furnished and had breathtaking views all around

Pros: View is *spectacular* and house is private.
Cons: house needs a deep clean and the upstairs fourth bedroom with 2 bunk beds is accessed by a ladder in a closet. Would not be suitable for your kids or anyone with mobility issues.
