About this house rental
Wake up to panoramic views of Beaver Lake. Step outside to your private fire pit. Grab a kayak and be on the water in minutes. This is Finn's Landing — a 3,600 square foot lakefront home in Garfield, AR, built for families and groups who want to actually unplug.
The Home
Spread across two levels, the home sleeps comfortably with four bedrooms, two full and two half bathrooms, and multiple living areas so everyone has space to breathe. The top floor features an open concept kitchen, living, and dining area with sweeping lake views from nearly every window, a main suite with bay window, and a covered deck that becomes your default gathering spot morning, noon, and night. Downstairs, a second family room with TV and board games gives kids (or adults) their own space, with three additional bedrooms and easy walkout access to the fire pit and covered patio below.
The Outdoors
This is where Finn's Landing earns its keep. A fenced backyard leads directly to the water through a garden gate...no hauling gear across a parking lot or loading it in your car. The home features an outdoor table seating 6, 8 Adirondack chairs, 4 rocking chairs and a propane grill. Two kayaks, life jackets, bag chairs, and water floats are provided and ready to go. The lakeside fire pit is the natural end to every evening here.
The Neighborhood
Lost Bridge Village Recreation Center is just minutes away and offers a lakefront community pool, playground, pickleball and basketball courts, and a picnic area overlooking the lake. Pool access is $5 per person per day as a great option for families who want a designated swim area beyond the lake itself. The space also offers a rec center with pool tables, foosball, ping pong, a seasonal snack bar, and more.
Day Trips
You're more remote than you feel. Bentonville, Rogers, and Eureka Springs are all within 30-40 minutes, offering world-class dining, Crystal Bridges Museum, the Amazeum, caverns, mountain biking trails, and more when you're ready to venture out.

Fully stocked and ready for real cooking — coffee, tea, oils, spices, to-go containers, and a propane grill included, along with ample dishes and cookware. No need to eat out every night unless you want to.

This is such a great property in lost bridge. The owners have gone above and beyond as hosts and really thought of everything. All of the little extras really add up here and make a measurable difference in the experience. Especially great property if you traveling with family and kids. Two dining rooms and two living rooms give the kids a space to be kids and the adults to have conversations. Lake access is super easy and directly behind the house. We brought a boat and trailer parking was not ideal but we found a local storage place close by that allowed for a weekend rate to keep the trailer. The cove behind the house is quiet and calm so we were able to just anchor/tie up overnight without worry. We come to beaver lake 3x a year for the last 8 years and always use rentals. This place was top tier!!!! Thank you!!

I have stayed at many vacation properties but this place was above and beyond. The host was quick to respond to messages. The home was equipped with so many amenities especially for families with children. Numerous games, dvd’s and toys kept the kids entertained downstairs while adults enjoyed being together upstairs. They provided life jackets and swim noodles for the lake. They had kayaks but we didn’t end up using them. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. The coffee and spices were a nice addition along with soap pods for laundry. The bathrooms had nice towels and they provided soap, shampoo, lotion, q tips and even had some feminine products in case of emergency. All the little details were so impressive and appreciated. The beds were comfortable and sound machines were provided. Plenty of seating for eating. I doubt anyone would be disappointed staying here. I would definitely bring my family back if we come to Beaver Lake again. Thank you for the great stay!!!
