The bathroom setup was not ideal but it worked for the time being if there was more than 4 people I would say it would not be ideal.The view was amazing and very much worth it.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Seguinlandia! The house was beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and every detail provided. We loved sitting on the deck enjoying the beautiful view, the peace and the nature. We walked down to the rocky beach, relaxed in the hammock, appreciated the music choices of your record album and cd collections, as well as your library of books. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home. We had a perfect vacation and hope to return next summer.

The house feels much smaller than the pictures represent. It was a little tight for 3 couples with only one full bath. The views from the living area and deck are amazing! The access down to the water was disappointing.
