A separate apartment at the back of the property has its own dedicated carport parking—please be mindful not to block the driveway.

It is not well-suited for toddlers or guests requiring step-free access, as the home features 100% hardwood floors and multiple staircases. Guests must be able to climb a short set of steps to the front door and a full staircase inside the home to access the bedroom level.
