Inside, the open first-floor layout brings everyone together with a modern kitchen, spacious dining area, and inviting living room. Two king primary suites—one on each floor—offer comfort and privacy, with the upstairs suite opening onto its own private balcony.
The airy daylight lower level offers even more room to spread out, with a large family room, four additional bedrooms, and two full bathrooms.

The vacation home is attached to a separate private residence occupied by a quiet, full-time resident. The vacation home and private residence function independently, with separate entrances, garages, porches, yards, and outdoor living spaces.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire 6-bedroom, 5-bath vacation home, its garage, porch, yard, and guest amenities. The only shared space is the entrance to the driveway. There is an interior connecting door between the two residences, but it remains locked at all times and is not accessible from either side during guest stays.
Best of all, you’re just a 5-minute walk to both Newcombe Beach and First Beach, making it easy to spend your days along beautiful Lake Michigan.
