Vacation Rental 386 is located in the Having building in the popular Baltic Sea resort town of Sellin. It offers 72 m² of living space and features 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 guests. For 2 additional guests, we’ll be happy to set up the double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation on the island of Rügen.
When you book this accommodation, you’ll enjoy free daily access to the swimming pool at the AHOI Bade- [&] Adventure World for three hours (excluding the period from June 29 to 14.09.2026 and due to maintenance work from November 7 to 28.11.2026).

It is located on the 3rd floor of the Seepark Sellin vacation complex, easily accessible by elevator, and is approximately 900 m from the Baltic Sea beach and Lake Sellin. Shopping options and a bakery are within easy walking distance at the Seepark Sellin vacation complex.
The vacation apartment includes free Wi-Fi and a starter set of bed linens. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and each features a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, and there is a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. A TV rounds out the amenities.
The southeast-facing balcony is the perfect place to relax after an eventful day. From here, you can enjoy the view and fully savor that vacation feeling while sitting on the patio furniture. The vacation rental is a non-smoking apartment, but one pet is allowed.
Guests have access to a bicycle storage room, a children’s playground, and an elevator in the vacation complex.
A security deposit of €200.00 is required for this apartment; it will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no issues.
