Vacation Rental 357 is located in the Having building in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin and has just been freshly renovated. It is now bright, cheerful, and inviting, and with 32 m² of living space, it offers the ideal retreat for up to two guests looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the island of Rügen.
A special highlight is the new, modern kitchen, which is equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher and a microwave with a grill function. The kitchen is complemented by a coffee maker, a toaster, and all the necessary cooking utensils, making it ideal for self-catering.
When you book this accommodation, you’ll enjoy free daily access to the swimming pool at the AHOI Bade- [&] Experience Center for three hours (except during the period from June 29 to 14.09.2026 and due to maintenance work from November 7 to 28.11.2026).

The vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Seepark Sellin vacation complex. Both the Baltic Sea and the beach, as well as Lake Sellin, are only about 900 m away. Shopping options and a bakery are within walking distance.
The apartment features free Wi-Fi, and the initial supply of bed linens is included in the rental price. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and can be completely darkened for a restful night’s sleep. The living area also features a double sofa bed. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and makeup mirror. A TV provides entertainment.
The southwest-facing balcony, furnished with a seating area and offering a beautiful view, invites you to relax. The apartment is non-smoking; one pet is allowed.
The vacation complex also includes a bicycle storage room, a children’s playground, and an elevator, all of which make your stay even more comfortable.
A security deposit of €100.00 is required for this apartment; it will be refunded within five business days after departure, provided there are no complaints.
