Marina View-Waterfront House-Walk to Town

This is 5 star accommodation in a quiet, peaceful location whilst being within easy reach of Christchurch Quay and fairly short drives to Bournemouth and Poole. A less than 5 minute walk over Tuckton Bridge brings you to the Riverside Inn which is a lovely setting for a drink or delicious meal. However, you can just sit out on one of the two balconies at the apartment, relax and enjoy the calming influence of watching the boats etc. passing by, if you prefer a night in. We paid a visit to Sams Fish Bar, a short walk away, after reading some very positive reviews. We were not disappointed, especially as this was a real treat bearing in mind they also provide gluten free alternatives, a rare thing indeed, and much appreciated by myself, being a coeliac. The apartment is immaculate and everything is provided to make your holiday that little bit more special including the array of groceries, and more. This was a lovely gesture and saved going out to do a shop on arrival. It would be hard to beat this place as far as a self catering holiday is concerned. Communication with Hayden and Sue, the owners, was an added bonus as they are more than happy to give you an insight into the surrounding area which we found very helpful. Thanks both.
