Very comfortable apartment, spacious and well-equipped – it has an oven, a microwave, and a large fridge. In addition, there is a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine. It has a trundle bed in the kids’ bedroom (a single bed with an additional pull-out mattress underneath). The owner is nice and responsive. Convenient location near a metro station, with some shops, sports courts, and a gas station nearby. Clean, quiet, and safe area. Only about 30 minutes by metro to get to the Bilbao city centre :)
Maybe it is not that important but it might be useful for some guests: if you need to cook here, you need to bring your own kitchen equipment such as a long sharp knife, a spatula, a whisk, and oven gloves. You also need to have your own washing-up liquid. There is no kettle so tea lovers need to heat water in a pot. If you like to hang your clothes in wardrobes, take some clothes hangers with you, there are only 5 or 6 altogether.

El departamento es amplio y cómodo. El chico que nos entregó la llave fue muy amable, incluso llegamos con demora de más de una hora y nos esperó sin problemas y con buena actitud. Tuvimos lugar para dejar nuestra camioneta estacionada en el mismo lugar del alquiler. Otra cosa a destacar es que estaba muy limpio también y tenía café, té y azúcar para desayunar sin costo extra, lindo detalle cuando llegas de un viaje largo. El departamento está muy bien, tal cual se ve en las fotografías.
