The hosts were friendly kind, and helpful. The gite is in a great location in Bruniquel, calm and near the river, but also close to the old town. The common room and kitchen were great and the bedroom was comfortable.
For this price some things were disappointing. Having the ensuite toilet behind only a curtain and the shower opening directly into the bedroom were not what we expected. The ceiling is thin so we heard the people above us, even the snoring was enough to be bothersome.

Room in a lovely old village building run by a warm and friendly lady (and her family) Its set up as almost a Dormitory Gite with shared facilities, though I was the only occupant that night and had the place to myself. Nice lounge and kitchen area too. Needed a a massive fan to cool the room as it was very hot - not that the owners can control the weather.
Nothing not to like for a very reasonable price.
