Rusa Palace

It’s been a week since I returned to my country, and I already miss this place. I highly recommend Rusa’s Palace to anyone looking for a lovely two-bedroom apartment in a quiet and serene neighbourhood. Choosing this apartment was one of the best decisions I made for my stay in Kigali. It was clean, peaceful, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The staff, especially the manager, were warm, sweet, polite, and incredibly helpful. Even before our trip, they kept in touch, answered all my questions, and helped arrange a driver to pick us up from the airport and take us back when it was time to leave. So many things stood out for me from the moment we arrived. They welcomed us warmly, and even on our last day, they came to say goodbye and see us off. We had an issue with our payment because it kept reversing, but the host was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the process. Another thing I’ll definitely miss is the view at night. The apartment had a beautiful view of the hills, and watching the city light up at night was something special. Rwanda really is the land of a thousand hills. The location was also great. It’s within about 30 minutes of many attractions in the city, and getting around was easy both day and night. We always felt safe moving around, even at night. I spent 12 very pleasant nights at Rusa’s Palace in Kigali, and I can truly say it felt like a home away from home, even better in some ways. The staff cleaned the apartment, helped with our laundry, and were always available to assist with anything we needed. Whether it was finding where to get their local currency, recommending places to visit, or even helping me find a church to worship at on Sunday, they were always willing to help. The people at Rusa’s Palace were one of the things that made me fall in love with Kigali. They are genuinely kind, honest, and thoughtful people, and I would happily stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

It may be a little far from the airport, but it’s still easy to get to and conveniently located for many of the city’s attractions. The location, combined with the impeccable and commendable service, makes it totally worth it in the end.

I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, but I had to make time for this one because my experience was truly beyond ordinary. I stayed at Rusa Apartment during my trip to Kigali, and from the very beginning, everything exceeded my expectations. First, I would like to appreciate Clement, who picked us up from the airport. He was incredibly polite, drove safely, and took his time to show us around Kigali, including some of the city’s beautiful nightlife spots. What amazed me even more was how fair his charges were. When I later compared them with that of Yego, I realized he charged us way less. As a Nigerian, this level of honesty and politeness genuinely impressed me. That same night, he directed us to Issa coffee to eat and patiently waited for us until well after midnight, around 3 a.m. He never rushed us, complained, or appeared annoyed. He remained calm, respectful, and professional throughout. Now, about the apartment itself, it deserves more than five stars. For the price we paid, the value was exceptional. It was surprisingly affordable compared to many other apartments in the city. The apartment is located in a peaceful, beautiful neighborhood with an amazing view. The environment was quiet, safe, and perfect for relaxation. The house manager was equally outstanding, professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Everything was well organized and in place. The rooms were spotless and sparkling clean. We had a television, complete privacy, and access to the entire apartment without any interruptions. We were given keys to all the necessary doors, which made us feel completely at home. One thing that stood out was the level of care we received. Our laundry was washed and ironed for us, and every interaction with the staff was warm and respectful. As a first-time international traveler, I honestly don’t know how to fully express my gratitude. Please book Rusa apartments, don’t second guess it, don’t hesitate, you won’t regret
