Great location right on the main street through Looe.
I only met one member of staff and she was great.
The beds were comfortable.
Plenty of tea/coffee supplies.
Poor wifi.
Small TV, like a computer screen.
Needs a bin beside the tea making facilities and a bedside table between the two beds - there are no bedside tables.
Carpet needs a deep clean or replacing.
It's a tight shower cubicle to manoeuvre in. The flooring in the bathroom needs replacing.
Very noisy outside until after 11pm especially as out room sat over the main street.

"The location is amazing as it’s right in the middle and easy to get to the beach.
It’s easy to get in and out of your room.
The staff we met were lovely.
It is loud at nighttime"
