Location.
Cleanliness and the shower was over an old iron bath which was rather dangerous, I had to buy a non slip bath mat from a local hardware shop.

The Ship Inn is in the centre of the busy Looe area, so if booking expect some noise what ever time of night, especially Friday & Saturday. The up side is that it is very close to shops & restaurants.

Staff friendly, helped with taking pushchair up to room.
Family room with a 2 year old opposite a late night bar, sash window didn’t close..not the best
