予約完了後からオーナーさんがこまめにメッセージで案内をしてくださり、安心して利用できました。 広くて清潔な設備で（バスルーム、トイレ、キッチン全て）気持ち良く利用できました。 気さくで親しみやすいオーナーさんでした。 吹き抜けのある広いリビングにマッサージ機もありリラックス出来ました。 割と近くにコンビニもあり、奈良公園などの観光地にも近くて便利な場所にあると思います。
駐車場までは短い距離ですが割と狭い道を通る必要があり、うちの車が大きかったので停めるまでちょっと緊張しました。 （慣れればそうでもないかもしれません）
