The owner refuse to cancel free the booking with stiff and rigid speech and fight talks on the phone call even I provided to pay the first night for the following reasons: -The apartment was not clean when arrived “covered by dust” , - Toilet not cleaned and found cigarette in the shower room , toilet seat is broken , - no clean sheets for beds only used ones “ not even washed “ are provided , - Apartment door not working correctly and that not safe , -Arrived to the gate no pass issued and the owner said it’s my mistake because I did not check my what’s app
