O Loft 302 é grande e novo. Tem um bonito visual. tem todas as comodidades de cozinha (embora não tenha usado). O banheiro é completo. Tem elevador, o que é importante. A garagem é de fácil acesso. A rua é calma e fica próximo ao centro de eventos, que era meu destino de interesse, porém fica relativamente longe do centro da cidade. Tem supermercado e cafeteria a meia quadra.
Códigos muito grandes para destravar as portas. NÃO TEM SUPORTES/APOIOS PARA COLOCAR AS MALAS E SACOLAS DE VIAGEM (E TEM UM ESPAÇO GENEROSO PARA TER ESTES ACESSÓRIOS). As cortinas são bonitas, mas totalmente inoperantes. Tem apenas 1 fixador delas abertas (o outro estava estragado), dificultando a abertura. O sofá é difícil de abrir, muito pesada a abertura deste. A cama é bem dura, mas não é desconfortável.

Bem localizo, limpo, boa qualidade de cama. Local tranquilo e sem barulho.
Falou melhor orientação sobre o check-in e sobre como usar a vaga da garagem. Deixei o carro em frente ao flat.
