The best part was undoubtedly the customer service. I had trouble with the access code for the house, but they helped me immediately via text message. Kudos to the customer service team.
The house needs maintenance. The shower faucet drips, and the TV in one of the bedrooms requires an extension cord for power—we only managed to get it working on the last night. There are broken fixtures, which makes the place feel a bit unkempt. There isn't much to do on the cay itself; you have to leave the area to find entertainment.
