La résidence est bien placé avec un accés facile à l'appartement via le parking.
Le parking a beaucoup de places dispo meme en plein été.
L'appartement est très bien équipé avec vue sur parc.
chasse d'eau pas très performante / piscine blindée l'été / canapé lit pas tres confortable (travaux prévu cet hiver)

La piscine insignifiante, piscine trop petite avec beaucoup de monde
L’ascenseur est mouillé, le sol de l’étage est mouillé dû à la piscine…
