The lady at the reception makes the whole difference. She was warm, nice and she did it all in one. My chef, my room service, my welcome associate.

The building is under construction or change so it’s chaotic. The finishes in this building is so cheaply done. I hope they hire someone to rectify and make it appealing, outside looks better than inside. My receptionist is my chef and she is the room service lady, she is the one making sure I have lights when electricity goes off, she is the one making sure I have mosquitoe spray. She is overworked and doing it all seems unprofessional. I don’t like staying in a place where human beings are used like donkeys. I had to tip her because she was excellent. The bathrooms is not draining, shower water stays all 24hrs in the whole bathroom floors so at night you walk into dirty water when you go for pee break.
