The place itself was good with a small kitchen, good location in the city. The building is an apartment building with a concierge.

It wasn't the cleanest room.
The stressful part came with the payment. The host asked for a 10% deposit on Stripe payments. Then the rest of the payment before we checked in and before receiving any access key or password to the apartment. Communicating with the host was confusing and at one point we thought it was a scam. Thankfully it wasn't, but the host was still difficult to communicate with.
This wasn't the end. After we woke up after our first night at the property, I saw a message from booking.com saying asking if I was at the property as the host had not confirmed our check in. After we left the property, booking.com shows the booking as cancelled by the host. Despite us staying and paying for the apartment.
