The location is fantastic - right next to Greville St precinct. All things considered, the value relative to what you pay is great.
It is currently under renovation so there was some noise but this was disclosed in the booking confirmation and the rate is clearly discounted.

Loved our stay at the new Elli Prahran. Fantastic value, everything you need is right there and the staff were super welcoming. The renovated rooms look great and we'll definitely be back.
Renovations were underway on a few floors, but it didn't bother us at all. The manager said they will finish the works in a couple of weeks.

A walk from Prahran Market, Chapel Street, Woolies, Coles, and the train station. The room was spacious, quiet, and having a kitchenette in the room was a huge bonus for our stay.
The hotel is under renovations, which are meant to be finished in September. The manager showed me some pictures of the new rooms, lobby, & communal area... it looks great!

The location was perfect for what we wanted. Very close to shops, restaurants and train station. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
Due to renovations when we were there we got woken up early by workers banging and machinery. Room was missing minor things like spare toilet paper, tea/coffee, face washer, coat hangers and extra blanket. Couldn't find a staff member to ask for things.
