Climatisation appartement est super,un grand balcon pour manger et vraiment confortable pour passé séjour avec famille. On était 3 avec mes enfants,lit est confortable

Well maintained! Super clean and cozy, perfect location, price, and space. It was close to all of the resturaunts and grocery stores. It was only 10 minutes to port aventura (10€-15€) for a taxi.

Absolutely golden stay and brilliant location to the beach and bus station for small families in a very calm residential complex. The property featured a working lift on arrival and was exactly described in the photos, everything looked brand new. The property features everything you can think of - clean washing machine, oven and fridge/freezer. The balcony was pleasant and spotless with the property adhering to the typical items for washing, cleaning, drying, eating and drinking, so that was a pleasant experience. The bedrooms featured a full large double wardrobe and we didn't particularly have any issues sleeping. The TV was great for our daughter while cooling down with a working AC unit and very large sofa bed. The owner had brilliant communication throughout the stay and was extremely helpful, especially extending our stay. This is a golden find and the closest stay we've had to the beach as it's right outside the property which can be brilliantly viewed from the balcony. The travel office and bus station is directly opposite the property. McDonald's and Burger king is right outside, which is great for those picky eaters or a quick breakfast snack Overall a fantastic stay that exceeded our expectations.

This is not a negative review, but more informative about booking: The keys were collected a street further down, this is typical for residential stays in our experience, so bare this in mind whilst booking, but we had no issues whilst my family waited and I collected the keys. I wrote this to avoid and confusion and potentially negative reviews.
