Absolutely everything! It’s in a safe neighbourhood close to schools and shops we needed. Clean, modern and comfortable.

The owner of the property is incredibly sweet and accommodating. She reached out early on to ensure that my friends and I would be comfortable with the arrangement of a double bed and sleeper couch. She went above and beyond to ensure a good nights stay. She gave us clear directions on collection of the key, which made our arrival in Bloemfontein at night that much smoother. The place itself appears to be modern and newly renovated, it was spotless and dust-free. The pictures really do the place justice! The beds were very comfortable and although the concrete flooring and counters made for a cooler feel, there was an aircon in the lounge, as well as a heater and electric blanket in the main bedroom. All amenities needed for a smooth stay was provided: towels, toilet paper, even body wash and hand wash. The host even provided water, coffee (instant and grounds for the machine), tea, and rusks!

We were not aware that there is no door on the bathroom. Perhaps it was stated in the advertisement and it was an oversight on our part, but it made for a slightly awkward situation between friends. I’m sure it would be no issue for a couple and it certainly was not a dealbreaker! We also noted that the wifi extender reached the lounge, but not the main bedroom. We would definitely recommend booking at Avenue24, and we certainly will in the future!

The place was clean and beautiful, we really liked the set up very modern keeping up with the times , the staff was friendly and the nice part was that you could go in and out at whatever time you have your own remote key for the gate.
