Spotless , confortable , excelente value for the money . I would rent the property again in a heartbeat.

the space was good for us as a family of 4 two young children and the location was good for us as we know the area but I would say it's a little quieter for people who may not. the communication on booking.com was amazing cannot fault that at all, we enjoyed our stay and believe it is priced fairly. easy check in and out appreciate the aircon and fans lots of outlets in and out and seating.

the house in my opinion wasn't the cleanest but that personal preference and not having a oven was a little problem but it didn't affect us majorly we was just limited for cooking abilities. not much information about the pool situation it could be added that we have to buy swim caps not allowed floats ect as that has a big affect on young children trying to enjoy their holiday again we used to lived in Torry and stayed in lots off different apartments and no swimming pool I have ever been in have been this strict about these things so would be nice for it to be added. it is also a little outdated but again my opinion only and completely understand it is priced they way it is for that reason.
