    We stayed at the hotel for one night. The hotel reached out a few days in advance and requested the essential info, which helped with the quick check in. Since the hotel has a self check in we were provided with the room number, where to get the key card, wifi details before our arrival. The room was comfortable and clean. It had a great location which was quite close to Kadikoy Ferry station if you plan on going to the Princes Islands. There are also quite a few great restaurants in the neighborhood. The downside was that the hotel had no staff available at night time and no one to help if you needed it. The walls of the rooms are quite thin and you can hear people talking in the next room. I needed an iron at 8 in the morning but no staff was available, the entrance door seemed to be locked and other guests were similarly confused, one of whom seemed to be trying to do an early check out but couldn't succeed. The staff arrived at 9:30 am after which all issues were resolved promptly.
