The host was wonderful, and the facilities were very good. We were very comfortable during our stay, and the accommodation was well worth the money. The location was ideal, and collecting the keys from reception was quick and easy.
Nothing significant, except that information about the available payment methods was not disclosed in advance. We were unable to pay by credit card. The preferred payment methods were cash and M-Pesa, with EFT being the least preferred option. As visitors, we did not have cash or access to M-Pesa, so we had to pay via EFT, which was both expensive and slow. Had we known this beforehand, we would have brought enough cash to make the payment. Information regarding payment methods should therefore be clearly communicated during the booking process.
