It's clean and convenient for a single person who trips a lot around NZ - and I'm 63!
I was amazed at how close to Tauranga central it was and by the cleanliness of the facilities, everything working and fit for purpose.
The budget rates are recommended if you can get in early enough beforehand and the area is certainly quiet enough at night. Only two rooms there so much reduced chance of being disturbed by late night antics or unwell young kids. This place is really meant for older travellers

Bathroom and kitchen need a good clean up.
