Schöner Pool, schöne Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Wohnung, Tiefgarage, alles ganz neu, sauber.
Bessere Organisation und Kommunikation, die Abläufe müssen sich erst noch einspielen und Zuständigkeiten innerhalb des Hauses genauer geregelt werden. Infos und Kommunikation finden überwiegend auf Französisch statt, erfolgen über booking und über WhatsApp, Kritik und Nachrichten werden zum Teil nicht richtig gelesen, so dass z.B. nach dem frühen nächtlichen Checkout (2x schriftlich angekündigt und mündlich einer Mitarbeiterin mitgeteilt) ein zusätzlicher Anruf durch den Concierge-Service folgte.
