Lumina I Apartment near Museum of Fryderyk Chopin I Center

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Despite being right in the center, it was very quiet and peaceful.

There are three different entrances for the same building number. This needs to be informed in more detail. Additionally, the kitchen sink was leaking, and we had to clean it up ourselves.

We liked the location, it was basically perfect. The building was very quiet even though it was next to a busy street. The apartment is spacious for two people. The check in app was convenient.

When we arrived, the apartment did not feel clean. There were crumbs over the floor, a dead plant in the window, bleach stains all over the towels and tiny flies flying around. The cups and plates in the cupboard were also stained and not properly cleaned. The bolt on the door was attached to the wall, but the whole thing came off so it didn’t work properly. There was no hand soap or shower gel in the kitchen or bathroom. The room looked different than the pictures, mostly because of the lacking plants that gave it a cozy vibe. The bathroom was very small and the shower floor felt like part of it was sunken so you could not really stand comfortably. There was a bald patch on the carpet and part of the floor missing Overall, it was different than expected. It felt like the owners did not cafe about the maintenance of the apartment of giving the guests a good feeling. I don’t know the prices of other apartments in Warsaw, but it felt like they could deliver more.
