Excelente el hotel, estuve 5 días hospedada, la atención del personal muy amables y cordiales, las instalaciones muy bonitas, todo limpio y ordenado, el desayuno también estuvo muy rico y está ubicado muy cerca al centro. Quede muy contenta con la estadía, súper recomendados.

Aceptaron hacerme checking tarde en la noche al llegar y sin previa reserva. Dejaron hacer la reserva al llegar. La atención del equipo es muy buena. Al cobrarme IVA aceptaron emitir una factura electrónica.
La habitación cerca de la recepción no es la mejor si quieres descansar. Se escucha todo lo que ocurra en el pasillo y recepción. También se escuchan los ruidos de la calle. Eso disminuye un poco cuando enciendes el ventilador. El colchón de la cama es dura y las almohadas son pequeñas. Las toallas son extremadamente pequeñas. Me dió la impresión que los vasos que colocan en el café de recepción son lavados y reusados (son desechables, no tazas).
