Location near 96st station with both access to omnibus or express line. The quiet neighbourhood. The comfy bed
Limited places to hang clothes and no shelves despite gigantic closets! Shower with only a trickle of water and no possibility to take a bath (because bathtub not clean and no stopper). Limited dish and no real place to eat. Missing stools for the counter in the kitchen and useless bench.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to do, and we always felt safe in the neighborhood. It was a wonderful place for our family to stay, and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to create such special memories here. The host provided a great experience, and we would happily stay again.
Our only challenge was that the apartment was located on the top floor, and climbing multiple flights of stairs. Aside from that, everything else exceeded our expectations.
